Pineapple Ginger Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups THRIVE pineapple (FD)
- 1 c. THRIVE banana chips (FD)
- 1/2 cup THRIVE Vanilla yogurt bites (reconstituted) (FD)
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice or water
Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
it's ok, if you feel a sudden urge to dance after drinking this smoothie...
it's THAT good!
